When payments made in the Soni Samaj app can and cannot be refunded.
Donations support the stated causes and campaigns of the registered community trusts shown in the App. They are voluntary and non-refundable once completed. Where a duplicate transaction is confirmed by our payment partner (Razorpay), the duplicate amount will be refunded.
Paid plans (Basic / Standard / Premium) are prepaid for the stated period and generally non-refundable for the active period. If you are charged in error, or a payment is deducted without the service being delivered, contact us within 7 days of the charge — we will investigate and refund genuine cases to the original payment method.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 working days. Timing of the credit to your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Include the payment date, amount, and the receipt or transaction reference shown in the App.
